Portsmouth Green Drinks On Tour- Hotwalls Artist Special

The Round Tower and The Canteen will be hosting Portsmouth Green Drinks this July where two artists from the Hotwalls Studios will be joining to talk about their love of the environment and how that is outworked in their creations.
Textile artist Kim Edith (Studio 6) specialises in stitch-booking and has recently created a project called ‘Into the Wood’. A video of this has gone viral with over half a million views! Kim will be sharing more about this project that is emerging, as well as looking for some input to help her further develop it.
Hotwalls Studios featured artist of July, Alex Hagen of ReFold, (Studio 11) will also be joining. Alex’s work brings together her love of creating handmade textiles for everyday use, whilst promoting an awareness of environmental sustainability.
Refreshments will be available from The Canteen (opening hours will be extended so please feel free to pop in earlier in the evening for food and drinks).
We ask that you ‘Bring Your Own’ re-useable cup, so that you can then take your drink into the Round Tower, where we will hear from the artists at 8pm.
