Katie Munro has been selected to exhibit her work in Chalks Gallery, Lymington.
Chalk’s is an art and craft gallery located in the heart of the New Forest on Lymington’s bustling St. Thomas Street. Run by mother and daughter team Harriet and Rosie Wesley, who between them have 7 years of gallery experience and have been practising artists for over 25 years.
The gallery showcases a wide range of local artists work in a number of disciplines, including ceramics, glass, painting, printmaking, jewellery, textiles, metalwork, sculpture and woodwork.
Chalks has just re-opened with a brand new exhibition titled ‘Figuratively’ which fine artist Kartie Munro is exhibiting in.
This is an excellent show of works depicting the human figure in a range of different forms and media, including sculptures by Rachel Ducker, ceramics by Lynn Nicholls and embroidered textiles by Linda Miller.
The exhibition is on from 20 January until March 25.
