The 2026 Open Call is now OPEN!
Please read the details below and fill in the form to apply to display your art at The Windbreaks on Portsmouth Southsea Seafront.
This is a paid opportunity and the selected artist(s) will receive a fee of £1,000 as usage to display their work during the agreed exhibition period. This is the total fee payable for the 10 displays, so if there are multiple artists then this split among the artists.
Only 3 images of artworks need to be submitted at this stage – the selected artist will eventually be required to provide 10 pieces for the final exhibit.
Please note that this is an exhibition opportunity, and not a direct commission.
Artists should submit work that they have already created.

The next round is open to artists of all mediums.
In particular, creatives working in 3D mediums are encouraged to submit photographs of their work.
Previous applicants are also encouraged to apply.
